Technocraft Ventures Secures Rs 75.55 Crore from Anchor Investors Prior to IPO Launch.

Technocraft Ventures Ltd, an infrastructure firm based in Noida, has successfully raised Rs 75.55 crore from anchor investors prior to its initial public offering (IPO) launch on August 7. The company is offering a total of Rs 252 crore and has set its price band at Rs 200-212 per share. The allocation of 35.63 lakh equity shares to various anchor investors including LRSD Securities and Vikasa India EIF 1 Fund has been done at the upper end of the price range. The IPO will remain open for subscription until August 11 and consists of a fresh issue of 95.05 lakh equity shares as well as an offer for sale (OFS) of 23.76 lakh shares held by the promoter, Kartikey Constructions.

The company’s impressive order book, valued at Rs 1,320.73 crore as of mid-July 2026, includes 19 projects across multiple states, including Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Technocraft Ventures has demonstrated robust financial growth, with revenue from operations climbing to Rs 344.99 crore in FY26, up from Rs 279.56 crore in the preceding year, while profit after tax saw an increase from Rs 28.20 crore to Rs 43.32 crore. A significant portion of the proceeds from the fresh issue, amounting to Rs 150 crore, will be allocated for working capital needs, ensuring operational sustainability and expansion.

The grey market sentiment surrounding the IPO is largely positive, indicating bullish expectations from investors regarding the company’s future growth potential. This optimism stems from Technocraft’s established presence in public infrastructure projects, which are critical for India’s development. Indian investors considering participation in this IPO should weigh the company’s strong financials and order book against market conditions, as well as the strategic importance of its diversified infrastructure services, which position it well for future contracts with state governments and agencies.
