SNVA Traveltech, parent company of Travomint, submits revised draft papers to Sebi for upcoming public offering.
SNVA Traveltech, operator of the online travel platform Travomint, has submitted its Updated Draft Red Herring Prospectus-I (UDRHP-I) to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) as part of its planned initial public offering (IPO). The proposed public issue will consist entirely of an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 127,525,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 1. It’s important to note that there will be no fresh issue of shares, and therefore, the company will not receive any proceeds from the IPO. Instead, the net proceeds from the offer will be distributed among the selling shareholders based on their respective shares sold.
With a focus on its online travel agency model, SNVA Traveltech reported a significant growth in financial performance, highlighting a consolidated profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 70.81 crore for FY26, up from Rs 40.77 crore in FY25—a substantial year-on-year increase of 73.7%. Additionally, revenue from operations surged by 58.1%, indicating strong demand for travelling services, particularly in air ticket bookings, which remains the company’s primary revenue driver. The improved EBITDA margin to 47.53% further suggests solid operational efficiency, making it an intriguing proposition for potential investors.
Current grey market sentiment surrounding the IPO remains vibrant, with indications that investor interest could be robust based on the company’s financial performance and growth prospects. For Indian investors, the absence of a fresh issue may slightly temper enthusiasm; however, the profit record and operational efficiency could still make SNVA Traveltech a noteworthy addition to their portfolios. Investors are encouraged to approach this IPO with due diligence and an eye on overall market conditions and future travel trends.
• WEALTHOVA INSIGHTS
The SNVA Traveltech IPO presents a chance for investors to participate in a growing segment of the travel industry. Its strong fiscal performance indicates potential for healthy returns, but the absence of capital raising for the company suggests that market sentiment will heavily influence demand.
