Tata Technologies Leads Top Stock Picks in Friday’s Market Trading Guide
The Indian equity benchmark Nifty concluded a relatively flat session at 24,636, showing limited movement amid a narrow trading range of 24,604 to 24,677. The index opened slightly lower at 24,641, reflecting an overall lack of definitive market direction. Intraday trading indicated a consolidation phase, with both buyers and sellers unable to exert substantial influence, yet the Nifty’s position above critical moving averages on the daily chart suggests an overarching bullish trend remains intact despite the day’s muted performance.
In terms of stock recommendations, Tata Technologies stands out with a recommended buying zone between Rs 801-802, a stop-loss at Rs 750, and a target price of Rs 900. The stock has shown a robust breakout above a declining trendline and is trading above all significant exponential moving averages (EMAs), signaling a bullish outlook. Additionally, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) has surpassed the 60 mark, corroborating the strengthening momentum, while increased trading volumes underpin the bullish scenario, indicating potential for further gains in the near term.
Similarly, AIIL is positioned as another buy opportunity, with a recommended entry in the range of Rs 596-597, a stop-loss set at Rs 560, and a target of Rs 660. This stock has recently broken out of a consolidation phase, sustaining its position above major EMAs and demonstrating an improvement in trend strength. With the RSI also above 60 and positive momentum evident, coupled with increasing volumes, AIIL seems poised for further price advancement, suggesting a continuation of the current uptrend.
