Traffic Diversions in Mehdipatnam Scheduled for Skywalk Construction on May 24 and 25.

Traffic diversions will be implemented in parts of Mehdipatnam and along the PVNR Expressway from 4 p.m. on May 24 until 6 a.m. on May 25 due to ongoing construction work for a skywalk near Mehdipatnam Rythu Bazar and the erection of CCTV camera poles. The Hyderabad Traffic Police have outlined specific diversion routes to minimize disruptions during this period.

Vehicles traveling from Masab Tank, NMDC, and S.D. Eye Hospital toward Rethibowli and Nanal Nagar will be diverted at PVNR Expressway Pillar Numbers 2 and 3 near Azizia Mosque, taking them via Meraj Cafe and Mehdipatnam before they can merge back onto the normal route near Pillar Number 15. Conversely, traffic from Tolichowki, Langer Houz, and Attapur en route to Masab Tank will be redirected at PVNR Expressway Pillar Number 23 to execute a U-turn and then merge back near Pillar Numbers 4 and 5.

For drivers heading from Masab Tank to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA), diversions will take place at S.D. Eye Hospital toward the Laxminagar ramp near Pillar Number 77. Vehicles coming from RGIA intending to reach Mehdipatnam must exit at the Laxminagar ramp near Pillar Number 88. Motorists are encouraged to utilize alternate routes and stay informed through updates from the Hyderabad Traffic Police on social media.
