Tata Technologies Reports Strong Q4 Results: PAT Climbs 8% YoY to Rs 204 Crore, Revenue Jumps 22%.

Tata Technologies has reported a solid financial performance for the March quarter, revealing a consolidated net profit of Rs 204 crore, signifying an 8% increase compared to Rs 189 crore from the same quarter last year. This growth is attributed to strong revenue generation, with the company’s revenue from operations reaching Rs 1,572 crore, which is a notable 22% rise from Rs 1,286 crore year-on-year. This upward trajectory in profitability underscores the company’s effective business strategies and operational efficiencies that have contributed positively to its bottom line.

The financials further elucidate the company’s robust performance, with an operating EBITDA of Rs 252 crore reflecting a 31% sequential increase. The EBITDA margin has expanded to 16%, an improvement from 14.1% in the prior quarter. Notably, total operating revenue also experienced a quarter-on-quarter uplift of 15%. The service segment specifically performed well, with revenues standing at Rs 1,220 crore, also up 15% QoQ. Adjusted net income rose significantly to Rs 163 crore, marking a 20% QoQ increase, providing added confidence in the company’s financial health going into the next fiscal year.

Management expressed optimism regarding future growth trajectories, with CEO Warren Harris highlighting a broad-based revenue growth strategy that extends beyond a single customer or program. The company is expected to maintain double-digit organic growth and sustainable margin expansion in FY27, bolstered by a stronger order book and enhanced engagement in full-vehicle programs. The proposed final dividend of Rs 8.35 and a special dividend of Rs 3.35, totaling Rs 11.70 per equity share, indicates a commitment to return value to shareholders, subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting. This focus on enhancing shareholder value alongside growth strategies marks a pivotal point in Tata Technologies’ business trajectory.
