Signature Global Targets Nearly Doubling Revenue to Rs 5,000 Crore by FY27, Says Chairman.

Signature Global, a prominent player in India’s real estate sector, has set an ambitious revenue target of Rs 5,000 crore for the current fiscal year, effectively aiming to nearly double its operational revenue compared to the previous fiscal year. The Gurugram-based firm reported a slight increase in income from operations, rising to Rs 2,595.86 crore during the last financial year. Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal highlighted that construction activities were impacted last year due to restrictions stemming from heightened air pollution in the Delhi-NCR region, which subsequently delayed project completions and revenue recognition.

Looking ahead, Aggarwal is optimistic about the growth trajectory of Signature Global, as the company anticipates a significant improvement in project executions this June quarter. To facilitate this growth, the firm plans to invest approximately Rs 3,500 crore this fiscal year, primarily focused on land acquisition and construction activities in Gurugram. Notably, the company aims for a 21% increase in sales bookings, targeting Rs 10,000 crore, leveraging a robust launch pipeline and existing inventories of under-construction projects.

The firm’s strategic diversification efforts are also noteworthy, including a partnership with Bengaluru’s RMZ Group to explore the commercial real estate segment. Despite experiencing a 20% decline in sales bookings last fiscal year, the company’s premium pricing strategy has proven effective; average sales realization increased significantly to Rs 15,250 per sq ft. Furthermore, a recent collaboration with Italian brand Tonino Lamborghini to develop a luxury housing project in Gurugram signifies Signature Global’s commitment to enhancing its portfolio while aiming for a sustainable growth model in a competitive market.
