Divi’s Laboratories has displayed robust financial performance in its consolidated net profit for the quarter ended March 2026, reporting a year-on-year growth of 13%, amounting to Rs 751 crore compared to Rs 662 crore in the same period last year. This growth can be attributed to a notable increase in revenue from operations, which rose 10% to Rs 2,831 crore in Q4FY26, up from Rs 2,585 crore in the previous year’s corresponding quarter. The company’s solid earnings performance reflects effective management strategies and enhances its position within the competitive pharmaceuticals sector.
In terms of profitability, Divi’s Laboratories saw a remarkable 29% sequential growth in profit after tax (PAT), jumping from Rs 583 crore in Q3FY26. Additionally, the topline rose by 8% quarter-on-quarter, indicating a consistent upward trajectory. Although expenses increased to Rs 2,023 crore from Rs 1,838 crore in the previous quarter, this rise was primarily linked to investments in materials, workforce, and finance costs, which are integral for sustained operational efficiency. The company’s forex gains also contributed significantly, climbing to Rs 90 crore from Rs 10 crore, further bolstering its financial results.
For the entire financial year 2025-26, Divi’s Laboratories reported an impressive consolidated total income of Rs 11,067 crore, marking an increase from Rs 9,712 crore the previous year. The profit before tax (PBT) for this fiscal year reached Rs 3,388 crore, reflecting a strong growth trajectory after accounting for labor code impacts. Profit After Tax (PAT) surged to Rs 2,568 crore, compared to Rs 2,191 crore last year, underlining the company’s operational resilience and end-market demand. Additionally, with a recommended dividend of Rs 30 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM, Divi’s continues to reward its shareholders while also focusing on growth opportunities that lie ahead.
