Digital Lending Platform Fibe Secures SEBI Approval to Launch Initial Public Offering (IPO)
Social Worth Technologies Ltd, operating under the brand name Fibe, has received the green light from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to initiate its initial public offering (IPO). The offering comprises a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 750 crore, alongside an Offer-for-Sale (OFS) involving over 4 crore equity shares from existing shareholders. The company is set to channel the proceeds from the fresh issue into its subsidiary, ESPL, to enhance its capital base for onward lending activities, as well as to fulfill general corporate needs.
