Upcoming 7 Mainboard IPOs Set to Raise ₹14,000 Crore in February 2026
The Indian primary market is poised for significant activity as seven companies are set to launch their IPOs before the end of February, collectively aiming to raise nearly ₹14,000 crore. This diverse group includes notable names such as Fractal Analytics, Aye Finance, Indo MIM, and Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions, among others. Fractal Analytics has already confirmed its IPO schedule, opening on February 9 and concluding on February 11, with a total issue size of ₹2,834 crore, which includes fresh equity worth ₹1,023 crore and shares worth ₹1,810 crore being offloaded by existing shareholders. The pricing for the IPO has been set within a band of ₹857–900 per share.
Fractal Analytics, a player in the AI and advanced analytics sector, has seen a notable decline in its Grey Market Premium (GMP), which dropped sharply from ₹200 to ₹60. This trend suggests a cooling sentiment among pre-listing traders and might hint at a reduction in investor enthusiasm as the official listing date approaches. Alongside Fractal, Aye Finance is also making its entry into the market with a ₹1,000 crore IPO, targeting retail investors with a reservation of 10% for this segment. The simultaneous launch of both IPOs, with price bands set at ₹122–129 per share, adds to the excitement of this market phase.
The forthcoming IPOs come at a crucial time as market observers predict a rebound in investor interest, especially as global trade concerns diminish. With a diverse array of offerings aiming to raise substantial amounts, the next few weeks will serve as a litmus test for retail and institutional appetite in the Indian IPO market. As the market transitions from a previous slowdown period, the performance of these upcoming IPOs will be pivotal in determining the outlook for 2025 and beyond, presenting opportunities for investors looking to capitalize on the burgeoning market dynamics.
