Brigade Enterprises has demonstrated solid financial performance in the fiscal year 2025-26, with a consolidated net profit of Rs 725 crore, marking a 6.6% increase from Rs 680 crore the previous year. The company’s revenue growth of 11% to Rs 5,909 crore, up from Rs 5,314 crore, reflects robust operational efficiency and market demand. An uptick in retail footfalls (7%) and retail sales consumption (18%) has fortified the leasing segment, corroborating Brigade’s strategic market positioning. Furthermore, in the hospitality sector, a respectable occupancy rate of 76% and a 13% revenue increase to Rs 604 crore from the previous fiscal year have contributed to a well-rounded revenue mix.
