AceVector IPO and Two Other Mainboard Offers Witness Surge in Demand on Day 2; Latest GMP and Subscription Insights Revealed.
Three mainboard IPOs, AceVector (Snapdeal), Runwal Enterprises, and German Green Steel & Power, recently entered their second day of bidding, drawing significant interest from investors, as indicated by exchange data. AceVector Ltd. is garnering attention with a grey market premium (GMP) of 3.12%, signaling a modest Rs 1 premium over its issue price. The IPO consists of a fresh issue of 8.97 crore shares valued at Rs 287 crore, alongside an offer for sale of 4.16 crore shares aggregating Rs 133 crore. Runwal Enterprises is showing a GMP of around 4%, with its Rs 499.83 crore offering consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 1.64 crore shares. Meanwhile, German Green Steel & Power’s IPO is noteworthy for commanding a significant 21% premium in the grey market, indicating robust market sentiment around its Rs 303.90 crore offering.
Regarding subscription status, AceVector’s IPO has attracted a 37% overall subscription by midday, predominantly driven by retail investors who subscribed 97% of their portion. Non-institutional quotas showed a solid response as well, with a 68% subscription. In contrast, Runwal Enterprises also saw a 37% subscription rate by midday, with Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) leading the demand at 96% of their reserved portion, while retail investors were slightly more conservative with only 30% of their quota subscribed. German Green Steel’s offering has attracted considerable enthusiasm, with overall subscriptions hitting 3.14 times, supported primarily by strong retail and non-institutional investor participation.
This flurry of IPO activity suggests a sustained vibrancy in the Indian primary market, especially with 20 additional IPOs set to raise a combined Rs 1,292 crore in the forthcoming week. Investors, particularly retail, may find promising opportunities, especially with upcoming IPOs like SRIT India and Vishal Nirmiti, both set to capture investor interest. The growing grey market premiums across several IPOs indicate a bullish outlook, making this an attractive time for investors evaluating potential listings.
