Sebi Greenlights IPOs for Cosmic PV, Monomark, and RKB Global in Collaboration with NSE.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has granted approval for the Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) of three companies: Cosmic PV Power, Monomark Engineering, and RKB Global. Cosmic PV Power is looking to raise approximately Rs 640 crore through a combination of a fresh issue of Rs 540 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 100 crore. The funds will primarily be allocated for establishing a new manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh, further solidifying its position in the rapidly growing solar energy sector in India.

Monomark Engineering, whose IPO will involve a fresh issue of 2.7 crore shares, focuses on industrial operations and maintenance services across various sectors. RKB Global also plans to tap into the market with an offer comprising 1.46 crore equity shares, which includes a fresh issue and an offer for sale. The recent approvals signify a resurgence in India’s IPO market as investor sentiment is on the rise, particularly following stronger performances from recent listings.

This positive shift in the IPO landscape is vital for Indian retail investors as it opens doors to new investment opportunities in sectors poised for growth, such as renewable energy and industrial services. With the second half of the year witnessing increased activity and favorable market conditions, investors could benefit from diversifying their portfolios with these forthcoming IPOs.
