IndiQube Spaces Achieves Record Q1 Revenue of Rs 428 Crore, Marking a 37% Surge Year-Over-Year.
IndiQube Spaces Limited has reported a remarkable Q1FY27 performance, showcasing a quarterly revenue peak of Rs 428 crore, which represents a notable 37% year-on-year increase. This growth trajectory reflects a robust operational framework as the company’s EBITDA increased to Rs 87 crore—an impressive 34% rise—while EBIT surged by 59% to Rs 55 crore. Correspondingly, profit after tax (PAT) climbed by an astonishing 91% to Rs 35 crore. The company’s EBITDA, EBIT, and PAT margins also exhibited upward trajectories, remaining strong at 20%, 13%, and 8% respectively, indicating effective cost management and operational efficiency as IndiQube scales its offerings.
In terms of operational expansion, IndiQube’s area under management has expanded significantly by 1.91 million sq. ft year-over-year, reaching a total of 10.61 million sq. ft. This growth is further complemented by an increase in seat capacity, which rose by 43,000 seats to a total of 236,000. The current occupancy rates reflect positive customer demand, with steady state occupancy at 90% and overall occupancy at 86%. These metrics suggest not only effective space management but also a strong market demand for integrated managed spaces, positioning IndiQube favorably within its sector.
The company is also witnessing accelerated growth in its Value Added Services (VAS), with revenue reaching Rs 72 crore, representing a significant contribution to the overall operating revenue. VAS’s contribution has increased from 11% to 17%, illustrating IndiQube’s strategic focus on diversifying its revenue streams and enhancing customer value. This expansion in VAS further strengthens its competitive edge and provides an avenue for additional revenue generation, aligning with its core strategy of maintaining a balance between scale, profitability, and capital efficiency.
