The project will encompass a combination of commercial and retail spaces, structured to provide a total carpet area of 3.46 lakh square feet. Commencing in the third quarter of FY28, the redevelopment project is slated for completion within a 3-4 year timeframe, indicating a long-term growth trajectory for Sri Lotus.
