Indo MIM Unveils Rs 3,812 Crore IPO Opening July 23, With Price Band Fixed at Rs 461-485.
Indo MIM Ltd, a precision engineering components manufacturer, has announced the price band for its Initial Public Offering (IPO) at Rs 461-485 per share. The IPO is set to open for public subscription on July 23 and will conclude on July 27, with a total issue size of approximately Rs 3,812 crore at the upper end of the price band. The company’s valuation reaches nearly Rs 24,000 crore, comprising a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 500 crore and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of about 6.83 crore equity shares from existing shareholders. Notably, major shareholders in the OFS include Green Meadows Investments Ltd, Anuradha Koduri, and the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
As a leading global player in Metal Injection Molding (MIM) technology, Indo MIM holds a significant 6.8% market share by revenue, according to a Frost & Sullivan report. The company serves various sectors such as automotive, defence, medical, consumer, and aerospace, showcasing its diverse manufacturing capabilities, which also include investment casting and metal 3D printing. The IPO will allocate half of the net offer to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 15% for non-institutional investors, and 35% for retail investors, emphasizing a comprehensive distribution strategy to engage a broad investor base.
